Here at Cat Tree UK, we know how impatient your feline friend can get when you notify them that they will be receiving a brand new plaything. It is because of this, that we will do our very best to get your new product out to you (and your feline) as soon as possible, so that they do not tear up your sofa from the impatience of it all..
As soon as your order is received, we will process it within 30 minutes (during work hours) and forward this onto our despatch who will begin preparing your order for delivery.
In 95% of cases, your cat tree will be received within 4 working days of your order being placed with us.
As we use a third-party courier service to deliver our product, there can occasionally be delays outside of our control.
If this happens and your product is delivered outside our delivery guarantee then please let us know, and we will send you some complimentary toys for the inconvenience!
